3. Mini & Youth Membership Guidelines

Mini & Youth Membership

We welcome all new members of any ability

For new members 2 free trial sessions are available - please speak to the coach/team manager of your child's age group team.

All players and a guardian must be members of the club.

Please purchase the Minis & Youth Family Membership product for the number of children you have and tag the player and yourself (and another parent/carer). Remember to only pick one of the options.

Return 2 Play (R2P)

The U6-U8 do not play contact rugby therefore they do not require the Return 2 Play(R2P) surcharge, please make sure you pick the correct membership for your child. If you have children who span the Mini age groups then use the lower membership and top up with the (R2P) product.

As a Parent and/or Player of all ages it is vital you register and maintain a current membership record with the RFU and supply your RFU ID number to us by entering it under Membership Information.

Insurance Cover
Please note: Once a sub is paid, both the player and the club benefit from insurance cover. No one is insured otherwise!

BSRFC relies heavily on many sources of income of which membership fees is crucial so it is essential that every player pays.

We operate on a no pay - no play system.

That being said we do believe that everyone should be able to access rugby so if you genuinely have financial difficulties and you can't pay then please click this link to complete our application to access the BSRFC Hardship fund. This is referred to as a Bursary when fundraising for the same.
